Need assistance with payroll processing or CIS returns, then look no further...

We currently handle approximately 350 payrolls of varying pay dates, sizes and frequencies.  All are reported to HMRC on or before pay day under the RTI rules and therefore avoiding any possible penalties.  We can handle the process from start to finish:-

  • Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC;
  • Processing the payroll;
  • Assisting with the automatic enrolment process,  including help in setting up a pension scheme, providing the necessary letters to your employees and submitting the feeds to the pension providers;
  • Providing general payroll advice including details of national minimum wage increases;
  • Completion of any P45’s as and when required, together with P60’s at the end of the tax year;
  • Assisting with the more complex HR issues through our arrangement with a specialist employment law firm.

The service offered is fully managed and tailored to your needs.  We use STAR Professional software and it provides numerous reports and payslips that can be sent to you either by post or email.  If emailed, all reports are available in excel or PDF and can be password protected for increased security.  We also have the facility, if required, to email employee payslips direct to their individual email addresses.  This saves both time and a small rain forest!

We are an approved BACS bureau, therefore once authorised by you, we can deal with the payment of salaries, Tax and National Insurance liability, pensions etc directly to your employees, HMRC or pension provider.  If any other payments are required these can also be made.

If you are involved in the construction industry we can produce, based on information provided by you, and submit the monthly CIS returns, before the monthly deadline of 19th of the month.  We are also able to verify each sub-contractor with HMRC so that the correct tax deduction is made.

The burden of reporting payroll and CIS payments has never been greater.  With the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI) and the rollout of Automatic Enrolment the role of a payroll processor is more important than ever.  But do not worry we are here to help!
