Why Choose Us?

Edmund Carr was established in 1953. Four of our current Partners started their own career in accountancy as trainees in this very Practice. Today the firm has around 50 personnel and provides a friendly environment in which our trainees prosper with the guidance of other staff members and the opportunity to gain a wealth of work experience from our varied portfolio of clients. We are proud to state a very high percentage of our trainees achieve their professional qualifications.

We value the importance of our trainees and commit to providing essential work experience alongside professional tuition. We are an equal opportunity employer and the Practice is recognised as an approved and authorised training employer by both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
