Trainee Opportunities for School Leavers/Graduates

We are eager to employ ambitious A level Students and Graduates to join our structured apprenticeship training programme. You will have the opportunity to work for the practice full time whilst studying for a professional accountancy qualification. We work alongside First Intuition in Chelmsford providing excellent practical experience and full study package. The position will offer a competitive salary, study leave and costs. 

Our preferred minimum entry qualifications are: 3 A levels minimum Grade B, and English and Maths GCSE at grade 5. For Graduates the above plus a minimum 2.1. degree.

Audit and Accounts Senior – full-time

We are actively seeking an experienced senior to join our audit and accounts team. The department continues to grow, and we are keen to recruit an enthusiastic candidate with a strong work ethic and technical knowledge. We pride ourselves in providing a professional service to all our clients.

Key attributes and responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and supervising audit and accounts assignments across a varied client portfolio
  • Working closely with clients to obtain all relevant information
  • Advising and training junior members of the team
  • Ability to prepare corporation tax, personal tax returns and VAT returns

The position offered is full-time with a competitive salary dependent on qualification and experience. There will be the option to join the firm’s medical insurance scheme and group pension scheme after 2 full years’ service.

There may be the opportunity to advance professional study and this can be discussed on application.
